Workshop ONE held for Kairouan Tunisian municipality

Workshop one “Sustainable Energy Needs Assessment and introduction to CoM and SEAP approach including BEI operations” was held for Kairouan on 13th of December 2013 with the participation of the mayor, members of council and technicians.

JRC Training 2

On the the 2nd and 3rd of December2013 the CES-MED Team will participate in the second 2-day training at the research centre of the European commission (JRC)in Ispra/Italy.

The conference will take place on 14 and 15 November 2013 at the premises of Kadikoy Municipality in Greater Istanbul, Turkey.

Steering Committee Meeting

On the 24 September 2013, The second Steering Committee meeting of the Project “Cleaner Energy Saving Mediterranean Cities” (CES-MED) was attended by national focal points from the region and was oriented towards introducing the local context of each participant country. Activities performed during the first six months were discussed as follows:

JRC Training

On the 29th and 30th of August 2013 the Ces-Med Team participated to a 2-day training in the research centre of the European commission (JRC) in Ispra/Italy.
