National conference "Urban Development and Energy Transition in Morocco", organised by the CES-MED project in Morocco

The national conference "Urban Development and Energy Transition in Morocco", organized by the CES-MED project, the Ministry of Energy and Mines (MEMEE) and the General Directorate for Local Authorities (DGCL) was held on July 21, 2016 in Rabat in the presence of Ms. Maya Aherdan, national focal point, Mr. Gerhard Krause and Mr. Maxime La Tella from the EU Delegation in Morocco.

CES-MED has published bilingual newsletters for six of the countries covered by the project

The CES-MED team has prepared country-specific newsletters for six of the countries covered by the project and the remaining newsletters will follow shortly. The publications have been approved by the Contracting Authorities and the focal point representatives from the affiliated countries.

The sixteen-page newsletters are made of eight chapters. Focus is put on the progress of the Project at national level and in the adhering cities, including the substantial progress on the development of their SEAPs.
